The sworn advocate Evelina Baumane-Skerberga is the member of the International Bar Association and Latvian Bar Association. She is practicing as the individual sworn advocate.

The sworn advocate primarily handles civil cases for private clients. The majority of the civil cases concerns family law (divorce, child abduction, custody, visiting rights, maintenance and property division, as well as estates). The sworn advocate Evelina Baumane-Skerberga also has significant experience in dissolving cross-border marriages and custody cases (e.g. between the Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Georgian and Portugal citizens and Ireland or UK residents).
